We need your personal identification and contact details in order to be able to provide you with the goods and services that we offer in a proper manner.
1.1.What sort of personal data do we need from you?
In order to meet all our obligations arising for us as a result of the implemented sales of goods, we need to know from you especially:

- your shipping address,
- your e-mail address and
- your mobile phone number or an alternative telephone contact.
1.2.Why can we process your personal data and what are we going to do with the data?
We can process your personal data as it is necessary for us to meet the terms of the purchase contract that you have concluded with us through the website www.unar-prohotel.cz . At the same time, it is our legitimate interest to receive feedback from you through the satisfaction questionnaires sent to you, as well as to inform you about the new products or new promotions through our newsletters so that you can feel satisfied and make repeated purchases from us. We are even obliged to retain some of your personal data, as it is required by the applicable laws. If you failed to provide us with your personal data, a contractual relationship could not be established and we would not be able to deliver the chosen goods to you.
Your personal data will be important to enable us in particular to:

- send a satisfaction questionnaire to you and receive feedback that is very important to us,

The access to your personal data, which you will have provided us with when purchasing the goods, will be granted to the authorized persons while preparing the goods for shipment, as well as to the relevant contractors (carriers) who will be delivering the shipment you, specifically to the extent necessary to deliver the ordered goods.
If we decide to collect feedback from you, we are entitled to use the “Ověřeno zákazníky” service (Customer-approved service) provided by Heureka Shopping s.r.o., company ID (IČ): 02387727 for this purpose. Thus after each purchase of the goods we will be able to find out from you, via an e-mail message containing a questionnaire, just how satisfied you were with us. Thanks to this feature we will be able to improve our services a step further for you. If you do not wish to receive the satisfaction questionnaire, you can easily unsubscribe from it.
In order to inform about new products or promotions by means of the business communications mailed in accordance with Section §7 of the Act No. 480/2004 on certain services of the information society, we use the services of the Mailchimp platform provided by The Rocket Science Group. We can also be using other companies that provide similar services for the same purpose.
1.4. How long will we be keeping your personal data?
As you will have learnt from the information above, we are processing your personal data for various purposes. In the following section you will learn about how long we will be keeping your personal data for these purposes.
Your personal data, which is being processed for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of the concluded purchase agreement, will continue to be processed until the entire settlement of the rights and obligations arising from such an agreement has taken place, including any withdrawals from the agreement or any potential claims made with regard to the ordered goods.
In order to process your personal data based on our legitimate interests (i.e. mailing various business communications), we will be keeping your personal data for a period of 5 years unless you have unsubscribed from receiving such business communications any earlier.
When processing your personal data to comply with the obligations arising from the applicable laws, we shall be processing such personal data for the durations set forth by the laws in question.

We will only be processing the so provided personal data within the absolutely necessary (provided) scopes and until the query or request has been settled, unless a need has arisen to process the personal data for an alternative purpose (for example to protect our rights and to pursue the protected interests). You provide us with the personal data on a voluntary basis, as, without the knowledge of the data, we would not be able to handle the query or request, which is also why we will not need your consent to such processing.

We keep and process your personal data mainly in electronic form, in such a way that only authorized persons have access to it within the extents absolutely necessary to serve the particular purpose for which the personal data is being processed. If your personal data needs to be processed in written form (for example when the goods are dispatched), then the personal data will be shredded after the period of time deemed absolutely necessary has elapsed. Your personal data is organizationally and technically protected against any unauthorized access or misuse. All the above-mentioned recipients of your personal data are contractually bound to ensure the data’s proper protection.
